Welcome to the website for the Route Planning and Preliminary Design Project for the Highway 17 Four-Laning between the Manitoba / Ontario Border and Kenora. McCormick Rankin Corporation has been retained by the Ministry of Transportation, Northwestern Region, to undertake this project.
